ViceVersa is an Italian aperitivo bar with a distinctly Miami influence, conceived by acclaimed bartender Valentino Longo in collaboration with the Jaguar Sun team. Located in the lobby of the Elser Hotel in downtown Miami, ViceVersa offers a unique blend of Italian-inspired cocktails and neo-Neapolitan pizzas, creating an authentic aperitivo experience. The bar’s design pays homage to Italian futurist art, featuring works by modern-day artist Jean Vaquier, also known as Folzer.
The cocktail menu, crafted by Longo, includes 14 distinctive drinks categorized into the “Negroni Family,” “Martinis,” and “Signature Cocktails,” all utilizing Italian spirits and seasonal ingredients. Complementing the beverages is a selection of dishes led by the Jaguar Sun team, featuring items such as wood-fired flatbreads, house-made charcuterie, and neo-Neapolitan pizzas made with daily-stretched mozzarella and locally sourced flours.
