Chez Fifi is a French bistro located in a historic townhouse on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Founded by brothers David and Joshua Foulquier, also known for the two-Michelin-starred Sushi Noz, the restaurant pays homage to their late mother, Fifi. The main dining room offers Parisian classics with Basque influences, crafted by Executive Chef Zack Zeidman. Signature dishes include a $160 roast chicken inspired by a family recipe, frogs’ legs persillade, and a Basque-style baked crab known as txangurro. Upstairs, the Salon de Fifi à l’Étage features a cocktail bar led by master mixologist Yumi Nemoto, serving innovative cocktails alongside light bites.
