Chef Jess Shadbolt and beverage director Annie Shi, the duo behind neighboring King, built Dean's as a loving nod to the English pub — right down to the Fishers Gin sourced from Shadbolt's hometown distillery in Suffolk. Expect candlelit tables, a tight but confident beer and cocktail list leaning on Guinness and British spirits, and a kitchen turning out fish & chips, scotch eggs, and other pub staples with real technique behind them.
