Langosteria
The Langosteria Group's flagship on Via Savona has anchored Milan's Tortona district in raw-bar seafood and low-lit glamour since 2007.
Founder Enrico Buonocore opened this address as the first Langosteria, and it remains the house he calls the group's essential stop for understanding the brand. Executive Chef Domenico Magistri and Restaurant Manager Sorin Tanasie now run a kitchen built on a fish counter up front, raw and cooked seafood served across a run of intimate, dimly lit rooms, and a wine and Champagne list built to match. Expect Mediterranean classics executed with restraint rather than spectacle, in a room where fashion-week regulars and Milanese diners have kept tables booked for close to two decades.
Best for: Date nights, fashion-crowd dinners, and business meals that call for polish
