A Spanish-leaned wine bar in Little Havana where char, olive oil, and sherry do most of the talking.

The kitchen works a wood grill hard, sending out octopus with blistered skin and a smoky romesco that gets mopped up with warm bread. Wine list leans natural and Iberian, poured by a staff that will happily steer you away from the obvious choice. Go for the counter seats if you can get them—watching the grill work is half the meal.
