Cervecería La Tropical, located in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District, is a revitalization of Cuba’s oldest brewery, originally founded in 1888. The Miami establishment encompasses a state-of-the-art brewery with an annual capacity of 32,000 hectoliters, a vibrant taproom, a restaurant, and a 10,000-square-foot tropical botanical garden known as Jardines La Tropical. This lush outdoor space features commissioned art and murals by local artists, creating a unique and immersive experience for visitors.
The brewery offers a diverse selection of handcrafted beers, including their flagship La Original Ámbar Lager, a refreshing Vienna-style lager with underlying notes of honey, and the Tropi Crystal Pilsner, a crisp beer with light honey and cracker notes.
The restaurant’s menu, inspired by Latin and Caribbean cuisines, features dishes such as Cuban sandwich empanadas, jerk chicken wings, and plantain chips served with chipotle aioli.
Live music and events are regularly hosted, enhancing the lively atmosphere and making it a popular destination for both locals and tourists.
