The Bulgari Bar
The Bulgari Hotel Milano's signature cocktail bar turns the classic Italian aperitivo into an after-work ritual for hotel guests and in-the-know Milanese alike.
A generous oval bar in black resin anchors the room, set against a glass wall that opens onto the hotel's private garden. Bar manager Patrick Greco, now in his tenth year overseeing the mixology program, pours the exclusive Bulgari Cocktail — a mix of gin, Aperol, and citrus juices stamped with the house logo — alongside seasonal creations and a fine selection of loose-leaf teas. The full menu from Niko Romito's kitchen is served here too, just in a more relaxed register, making it as much a destination for savory bites and caviar as for expertly built classics.
Best for: Pre-dinner aperitivo and people-watching among Milan's fashion and design set
